Inspirational Thought: Walking With God

I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you should go; I will counsel you with My eye upon you. Psa. 32:8

I spend time in prayer each night, and  early in the morning before day breaks, and while in prayer I ask God to instruct me and show where He wants me to move on His path.  I used to pray, and then I would move in the direction I believed He was leading me, and I felt powerful in the movement, and was sure that He was guiding me and instructing me along the way.  I walked with God.

Since my diagnosis and subsequent cancer journey, I have realized and been awakened  to the wisdom that when you pray, you must wait…wait…wait on the Lord, not when you pray, get up and move in the direction of what and where you feel He is leading, or to what you know you need to have happen.  He will counsel you, and He will guide you with His eye to His perfect Will.  I found that regardless of how I wanted things to move, how fast I wanted to get through to the other side of being infected with something I didn’t know I had, I could not make anything different.  What could I do, I had to pray, turn it over to God, and wait on the Him, and be of good courage with patience.

Is God’s Word More Important Than Your Beliefs?

Many times people of late have searched the Word, found a portion of scripture that fits into, or suits their thoughts, and they excitedly share that point, to justify, and make their point of view. Many times, the scripture they share does not meet the circumstance, so they share with a lack of knowledge.

I am going to share a scripture here, that if you do not believe God’s word is of utmost importance over all that you think or know, you will not gain understanding, which is the state of our being in America and the world today. We fail to see, we lack understanding, we have not the wisdom needed to move forward and accept what the Lord is saying, showing, or delivering to us today.

God’s Anger Against Injustice:

Woe to those who make unjust laws, to those who issue oppressive decrees, to deprive the poor of their rights and withhold justice from the oppressed of my people, making widows their prey and robbing the fatherless. What will you do on the day of reckoning, when disaster comes from afar? To whom will you run for help? Where will you leave your riches? Nothing will remain but to cringe among the captives or fall among the slain. Yet for all this, his anger is not turned away, his hand is still upraised. Isa. 10:1-4

Opperessors To Be Destroyed

Woe to you, destroyer, you who have not been destroyed! Woe to you, betrayer, you who have not been betrayed! When you stop destroying, you will be destroyed; when you stop betraying, you will be betrayed. Isa. 33:1

Worship Is Meaningless

The Lord says: “these people come near to me with their mouth and honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me. Their worship of me is based on merely human rules they have been taught”.

God knows our hearts, let your heart be a heart of God, not of man. Do not think that following and serving “man”, whether he is good or whether he is corrupt, is pleasing to God. When you put everything else aside, and hold fast to man, even when you see and when you know that man does not honor God, you do not expect that behavior is Godly, you are bringing shame upon the name of our Lord. So, I ask, is God’s Word more important than your belief in what you think His word means? Take God out of the box you keep Him in, it does not fit.

CHANGE, RESTORE, TRANSFORM

In our world today, we are in a state of change. Change is always hard when one has come to be comfortable, complacent, settled into what is. God does not want us to be comfortable, for to be comfortable in our old state of being, we become stuck. Many times in the Bible, people become comfortable in old habits. Many times God shakes them up, and as time goes on, they fall back to old patterns of worship. Change means modify, turn, mature. That is what our time on earth is crying out for right now.

Make me new again, God created me once in His own image, and along the way, things He made and intertwined within the fabric and essence of my being, I let go of, so when He got a hold of me, He restored me, made me new again, repaired, gave me back, built me up to what He created the first time. He strengthened me, lifted me up. He restored my soul.

When He transformed me, do you know what He did? He changed me, my mind was reshaped in its thought process, my character and how I directed my life, my heart were made over, and from within I no longer felt or saw or believed things the way I did before. He gave me a new, way of understanding, of receiving, of believing. My life has completely been overhauled, and the clarity He has given this new me, is filled with a discernment of things I could not understand before. I was gullible, naive, accepting, and accommodating before and that led me down paths that filled me with so much regret.

God is always directing changes in the lives of His people, from the Old Testament through every Book of the New Testament, the people of God are constantly being motivated, on the move, upset, challenged. Jesus did not sit complacent, and as we walk and grow in faith, and ministry, there is no room for rejection of change, there is always restoration, and transformation, so when you find yourself in a place of upset, unsettled, restlessness, ask God where He is bringing change and what is He taking you into. Many times you feel the Spirit moving, you become restless, you get an urge, a burning within where you want to do something, to be of more service for the Lord, you want to make a change, but you don’t like or know what or where the change is leading, go with it and see where God is leading you. Old things are passed away, all things become new when you give your Spirit, Soul and Mind to our ever changing God.

Renewing Your Mind

Be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind. Rom.12:2

So, how does your mind become renewed? Your mind is renewed or cleansed from Satan’s lies and thought patterns by the washing of the water of the Word: God gave us truth for a very good reason. We are supposed to be changed from the way that the world thinks and the way it acts because it is Satan’s domain.

Listen to God! Don’t listen to the world!

Healing is a painful journey that includes the mind, the body and the soul. It takes work, and dedication, a commitment to being transformed, renewed, and converted. Gaining internal and external, physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual healing and peace is to break the chains and strongholds, that have bound you to satan and to the world of unrest in your spirit and your flesh which brings dis-ease, and physical disease as well as spiritual disease.

God wants to give you freedom from all diseases and bring your imbalanced being back into wholeness, with love, peace, joy, patience, self control, kindness, and goodness, with gentleness, and faithfulness. Oh what a wonderful life it is, to be whole and holy and free of the entangled roots of sin.

It is God’s desire that we be wholly and that we live holy according to His Will and His Word through Jesus Christ.

Separation From God Brings Disease

As I have been sharing through the Word of God concerning how mankind including Christians have diseases, as I continue, I want to remind that separation from God, His Word, and His love is where we begin. We love God with our minds, and through our understanding that we should, or we must, but is that love truly within our heart, soul, and spirit? We must realign ourselves with God, embrace the truth of the Father’s love for us, and give ourselves, wholly, and completely, without reservation, and partitioning unto Him.

We were not created to be sick, to have diseases, to be medically managed, God’s plan and intention for us is to be free from sin, free from sicknesses and free from all diseases. to be cured and to live a more excellent life.

How BIG Is Your GOD? What God Is, or Is Not. What God Does or Does Not Want.

It has been very difficult to focus lately, with all that is going on. Hearing the thoughts and realizing the hearts of the people who are “for God”. I have struggled to move forward. Hearing what man says God wants, listening to all the things that don’t line up with the Word, man is turning God into a commercial entity that fits their ideal of who He is and what He wants. So God is diminished to almost being just a human being.

What God Does Not Expect is for man to minimize Him, or explain Him, or fit Him in a box to be tasteful to our needs, wants, or desires.

What God Does Not Want, is to be lowered to the standards of the things He created.

I know that God is still God. He is still the Alpha, and the Omega, the beginning and the end, the God of all creations, and the healer and deliverer, so I know that unless man gets off his high and mighty horse and stops making God , into “god”, this whole world is headed for destruction, which is why things are as they are right now.

Christians, are following a fallen leader, who has no respect, or love, or knowledge of the true and living God, and they condemn anyone who disagrees with their opinions or who do not follow the same path. Some are consumed with an historical love for idols that do not represent the God of the Bible. It hit me hard, to hear, and to realize that, and because of how that felt, I have felt isolated from all Christians, and feel my life is just me and God. I still feel God’s hand and His healing, blessing power on my life, but trying to communicate has been hard. I didn’t want to interact, to reach out, but God’s urging does not subside, so I press on.

I have a duty to share God’s healing, for our physical, mental, emotional, and Spiritual needs.

What God is Not is an isolator, or a Father of, or lover of conflict, or condemnation, or confusion which is what I have been dealing with in the last month, although we have been isolated, just the contacts I have connected with socially. That is what I have been faced with and have been battling to keep from entering my heart, mind, and spirit. I will not follow any man who believes in the evil being good, and if I have to be alone in my walk because of that, then, my walk will be alone with God leading me. There have been bright spots, things that have shown me my God is in control. He has shown me so many things, changes in mindsets of some I keep in prayer. He is greater than anything our minds and imaginations can conceive and He is making shifts in the atmosphere. Get ready, expand your minds, pray for God’s Grace and Mercy.

Which Church Are You?

In Matt. 16:18, Jesus said to Peter; “And I say to you that you are Peer, and on this rock will my church be based, and the doors of hell will not overcome it.” KJV

What kind of church? Do you know what Jesus means when He said those words? Do we not understand that the church is not the brick and mortar, the stationary dwelling?

We, each of us who are called the sons and daughters of the risen Saviour, we who pledge to forsake our own will and follow the Will of the Father, the Word, the Holy Spirit, The Trinity, that is who is considered “the church”. So which kind of church are you? We we first give our hearts, minds, and bodies to follow God, we are one kind of church, because we at that moment of time are so committed, so “on fire”, so connected in that feeling of truth, faith, and love to our Heavenly Father, and the purpose and placement we are given, but as time goes on, that “high”, like clouds, turns to vapor.

Unless we keep our focus, our eyes, our hearts on serving, building up, learning, and living according to God’s Word, we start to run out of steam, we become weakened, and that fire, that hunger becomes unstoked, as any fire does, as when we go hungry for too long, the pangs subside. As that happens, we become complacent, and comfortable with whatever and our church starts to show ware and decay, although we may not notice it for quite some time, others do.

What kind of church are you when that becomes the church you are? Rev. 2: and Rev. 3:, describes the seven churches that God sees, and these are the descriptions of who we, as “the church” become. Choose which church you are so that your temple can be a healthy, thriving, “on fire” representation of the building God wants.

Rev. 2:1 Unto the angel of the church of Ephesus write, These things saith he that holdeth the seven stars in his right hand, who walketh in the midst of the seven golden candlesticks; 2: I know thy works, and thy labour, and thy patience, and how thou canst not bear them which are evil; and thou hast tried them which say they are apostles, and are not, and hast found them liars; 3: And hast bore, and hast patience, and for mu name’s sake hast laboured, and hast not fainted. 4: Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love. 5: Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent. 6: But this thou hast, that thou hatest the deeds of the Nicolaitans, which I also hate. 7: He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God. 8: And to the angel of the church in Smyrna say: These things says the first and the last, who was dead and is living: 9: I have knowledge of your troubles and how poor you are(but you have the true wealth), and the evil words of those who say they are Jews, and are not, but are a Synagogue of Satan. 10: Have no fear of the things which you will have to undergo: see, the Evil One will send some of you into prison, so that you may be put to the test; and you will have great trouble for ten days. Be true till death, and I will give you the crown of life. 11: He who has ears, let him give ear to what the Spirit says to the churches. He who overcomes will not come under the power of the second death. 12: And to the angel of the church in Pergamos write; These things said he which hath the sharp sword with two edges; 13: I know thy works, and where thou dwellest, even where Satan’s seat is: and thou holdest fast my name, and hast not denied my faith, even in those days wherein Antipas was my faithful martyr, who was slain among you, where Satan dwelleth. 14: But I have a few things against thee, because thou hast there them that hold the doctrine of Balaam, who taught Balac to cast a stumblingblock before the children of Israel, to eat things sacrificed unto idols, and to commit fornication. 15: So hast thou also them that hold the doctrine of the Nicolaitans, which thing I hate. 16: Repent; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will fight against them with the sword of my mouth. 17: He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving him that receiveth it. 18: And unto the angel of the church in Thyatira write; These things saith the Son of God, who hath his eyes like unto a flame of fire, and his feet are like fine brass; 19: I know thy works, and charity, and service, and faith, and thy patience, and thy works; and the last to be more than the first. 20: Notwithstanding I have a few things against thee, because thou sufferest that woman Jezebel, which called herself a prophetess, to teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed unto idols. 21: And I gave her space to repent of her fornication; and she repented not. 22: Behold, I will cast her into a bed, and them that commit adultery with her into great tribulation, except they repent of their deeds. 23: And I will kill her children with death; and all the churches shall know that I am he which searcheth the reins and hearts; and I will give unto ever one of you according to your works. 24: But unto you I say, and unto the rest in Thyatira, as many as have not this doctrine, and which have not known the depts of Satan, and they speak; I will put upon you none other burden. 25: But that which ye have already hold fast till I come. 26: And he that overcometh, and keepthe my works unto the end, to him will I give power over the nations: 27: And he shall rule them with a rod of iron; as the vessels of a potter shall they be broken to shivers: even as I received of my Father. 28: And I will give him the morning star. 29: He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches. Rev 3:1 And unto the angel of the church in Sardis write; These things said he that hath the seven Spirits of God, and the seven start; I know thy works, that thou hast a name that thou livest, and art dead. 2: Be watchful, and strengthen the things which remain, that are ready to die; for I have not found thy works perfect before God. 3: Remember therefore how thou hast received and heard, and hold fast, and repent. If therefore thou shalt not watch, I will come on thee as a thief, and thou shalt not know what hour I will come upon thee. 4: Thou hast a few names even in Sardis which have not defiled their garments; and they shall walk with me in white: for they are worthy. 5: He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in which raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels. 6: He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches. 7: And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write; These things saith he that is holy, he that is true, he that hath the key of David, he that openeth, and no man shutteth; and shutteth;, and no man openeth; 8: I know thy works: behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my name. 9: Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee. 10: Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth. 11: Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown. 12: Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him my new name. 13: He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches. 14: And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write; These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God; 15: I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot. 16: So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth. 17: Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou are wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked: 18: I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raimant, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve that thou mayest see. 19: As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent. 20: Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me. 21: To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne. 22: He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.

Let us be the church of God’s favor, not a church He chastises. Grow closer to God day to day, and He will be closer to you, His church will not be a den of thieves.

Be Blessed!

Walking By Faith

When we say that we walk by faith, why do we doubt? Why do we still believe that we need so great an amount of faith, when the word clearly tells us, “If your faith was only as great as a grain of mustard seed, “… Did you know that a mustard see is about 1 to 2 millimeters in diameter? It is so small it’s nearly unbelievable that Jesus said that faith that big can move a mountain. Faith is so simple, religion complicates it.

In order to win the war against sin, satan, the evil elements, so that we can become whole, and live holy as according to God’s plan and Word, we must have faith, follow the Word, and be equipped for the battle: “put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles(the devious, cunning strategies and manipulations of persuasions )of the devil…Eph.6:11

Remember what Jesus said, “I beheld Satan as lightening fall from heaven. Luk 10:18.

Satan, remember lives in the 2nd heaven(the dry place), going to and fro, along with the angels who were cast out of the 3rd heaven by God, for disobedience, and they are all seeking a place in our souls. Going to and fro, in a dry place seeking whom they can devour(inhabit, dwell in). Don’t invite him/them in, kick them out, and fill your internal space with Godliness, Wholeness, Holiness.

A Christian In Heart

I think and pray about what message I want to share in each post, but this post has been building all week. Lately, it has become a confusion about what a “Christian” really is, because those who consider themselves “Christians” do more to promote ungodliness, unholiness, and sin. These things are acceptable, promoted, and believed to be condoned by God.  I was at a point where I just did not want to be associated with being a christian, and was actively seeking for another title.  I started searching, and then I started praying, and now I want to share;  Christian life by your own efforts is like a ship on dry land.  Christian life to be enjoyed needs to be seated and resting in God.  Christian life is life in Christ, not in ourselves, the real life in this body trusting in the Son of God, who gave His life for our sins.  So when I hear Christians say, “he or she is a “good” person, a good Christian person, and you know they do life according their own thinking, their own sinful behaviors, why do you call them good?  What is it that makes people accept every and anything and expect God is going to do the same?  Do we control God?  I get so dismayed in how things are going today, evil is not only present on every hand, but evil is brushed off like dust on our clothes, and the effort to condemn it or change and turn from it is not being seen.  When I grew up, there was consequences to doing wrong, to telling lies, to taking things that were not your, not given to you, not asked for, and to be mean and hurtful, and hateful, was not tolerated.  I am seeing less and less of the kind of Christian behavior I grew up trained into, and now the condemnation comes from Christians who follow evil, accept evil, and those people condemn you who disagree with or do not join or follow.  I am sure that God is grieving over the fall of true Christianship, because it even hurts me, on earth to see it, hear it, and know that it is bringing God’s creation down to a pit of destruction.  You may find comfort in evil behavior, it is easier than turning and denouncing it in any form, from any source, but evil will never be accepted by God, all it does is show, that you are not truly His, and luke-warm will not make it into the kingdom.  Do you stand for good or for God?  What makes us stronger faith in God, or faith that man is “good”?  That you are judgmental or discerning of spirits?

A Cheerful Heart vs Dried Bones

I call my ministry F. O. C. U. S. because it is my belief that in order to be made whole we need to FOCUS on building a better temple(body) to serve God more completely.  When we are content to live as we have always lived, what do we think is making life better?

We have to be purposeful in our efforts to be transformed, we have to make a conscious decision to remove the negatives, the hurts, the sins, that have so easily found a comfortable place in our vessel that was created to serve one master, intentionally that master is God, not the master of the universe, the ruler of this world.

Be FOCUSED:  F  Find Your Peace by

O  Overcoming Your Obstacles so that your

C  Chains Will Be Broken

U  Untangle Your Spiritual Roots to gain

S  Spiritual Sanctification

God wants us to be wholly His, Transformed and Renewed and Sanctifued in Him, by Him and for His purpose of service, not to be settled, sick, depressed, rejected, unloved, broken, and filled with medication, illness, disease.

Prov. 17:22  A cheerful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones.

It is not enough to love others with all our heart; we must embrace a kindred spirit to love ourselves.  Even those who have sinned can rely on the Lord to guide them to heal in times of hardship and sickness.

The Call

As I struggle to walk this path that God has destined for me, I still find myself with a need to be encouraged, directed, endorsed, and because I do not have that on a daily, weekly basis, I question whether this is from God, or just my zeal and desire to be used by God.

I seek His guidance daily, and when I ask “God show me that is ministry is from you, is through you, not my own desire to speak, but your words that flow from my heart, mind, spirit, and mouth,” and immediately, He sends confirmation, comfort, and peace.  The approval I seek is from man, from those who are in the ministry, but it never comes from that source.  God spoke in my spirit, “why do you need man’s approval?, I called you”.  I am refreshed when I hear that, then the weakness comes again, when I see or hear others who are chosen by man, and yet here I am, getting that pat on the head, “yeah, that’s nice, that’s good” and they continue to push me back and choose others, somebody, anybody but her, please not her!  I feel the old feelings of rejection from childhood, chosen last, consolation last, and then my Father, speaks to my spirit, sometimes loud enough to seem as one in the room with me, “I chose you, you don’t need man’s approval, you have mine, I chose you”.  Then He reaffirms that message by having it come out of the mouth of someone He sends to comfort me, to lift me up, His exact words that I just heard from Him.  I sought the Lord and He heard my plea, and delivered me from all my fears, my sins, and my doubts about who I am, and what my purpose is in this life here on earth.  It no longer matters who accepts me, my calling to serve God, and why He chose this particular ministry, this is the message God needs to have spread, to have His people gain understanding and wisdom and knowledge concerning their salvation and that He wants His people who are called by His name to be HEALED, and to live a more excellent life, not as the world lives, but to live wholly, and HOLY for Him.

That is my call, to get and to share an understanding of how our physical beings, and our Spiritual beings are connected and that our health is greatly affected by our thoughts, and our beliefs and there is not going to be wholeness without the two connecting and joining on the same accord.  Do you want to be healed?  Do you want to walk with God in a more excellent way?  Do you hunger and thirst after a better, healthier life, spiritually, physically, emotionally, mentally?

Let’s walk together where God will give you greater wisdom, prophesy, exhortation and discernment, through His Word.

Pressing On In Jesus’ Name

For the last three weeks I have been on about my Father’s business.  Following the purpose for which He has Redeemed me, and brought me back to live here on earth.  I know that this is His will for me, and every time I press forward, I feel God’s power and strength in every task.  I know that I must continue to grow, so that my message(s) will become clearer to those who hear these words, and especially for me that when I present His words, they will flow from this vessel like the rivers of living water that they are, and that they will refresh the receiver, and open the eyes, ears, and the hearts, to bring about the transformation they brought to me, with the understanding of what the purpose for God choosing me to bring this particular Word(Jesus), in this time that it is so needed.

Take some time and get into the word with me.  Don’t think that because it comes from me, that it is not the true word, read each passage for yourself, and I pray, God gives you the discernment, the understanding, and the wisdom that truly comes from God, my Father, thru the Word(Jesus), and through the comforting, and healing Holy Spirit.

I pray you will give this ministry, from a newly endorsed by God, layman(untrained), your true focus, unbiased beliefs, and your heart for God, and His will that we all be healed, and come into His sanctification.

To be truly God’s, we must desire and strive to  live a more excellent life,  to be willing to be changed, be healed, and live in health.
